All purchases are carried out with the utmost security thanks to the use of the Stripe payment gateway, which protects users’ personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. After confirming the order on the Website, the user will be redirected to Stripe’s secure servers, which will process the transaction using the most widely accepted credit cards. Once the order has been completed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email containing the order number and a summary of the purchase details.
Confidential credit card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor without passing through Coffee Company S.p.A.’s servers. Coffee Company S.p.A. therefore never has access to, nor does it store, the credit card data used by the user to pay for the Products, except solely for the cardholder’s name.

Users may conveniently and securely make payments by accessing their PayPal account. After confirming the order on the Website, the Buyer will be redirected to PayPal’s secure servers, where they may log into their account and complete the payment using available credit or a linked bank account. Once the order has been completed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email containing the order number and a summary of the purchase details.
The data entered on the PayPal website are processed directly by PayPal and are neither transmitted to nor shared with Coffee Company S.p.A. Accordingly, Coffee Company S.p.A. does not have access to and does not store any credit card data linked to the user’s PayPal account or to any other payment method associated with that account.

Users may also pay using Satispay. This is a smart and secure payment method that allows purchases to be made on our online shop easily. Upon order confirmation on the Website, the user will be redirected to a Satispay screen displaying a payment barcode. Simply scan the barcode using the Satispay app to complete and confirm the order.
